Total employee numbers (MAT/ Headcount etc)

Which report is best to view/ use for Total Employee numbers?- using analytics gives MAT, which is misleading. Can we get a report' at a point in time' say, final day each month?- illustrating increases/ decreases in divisions?   reporting employee numbers to board is confusing when so many reports are displayed in different ways so a direct comparison is difficult- i.e. averaged, not a snapshot....   Thanks Rebecca

  Thank you for posting your question here!

   

  Fourth Analytics has a great number of reports available within Standard Dashboards.

  Please check the AVG Employees in a Month report within Headcount Tab (HR Dashboard). This will show you the information by Month and when you drilling in (when selecting a month name) another report will show you data by Day of the Month.

  Currently, this report doesn't show specific information by Location or Division (Department), but you could filter it out by selecting Locations and Departments from the dropdowns (top of the page).

  Also, please get in touch with Customer Care Team and they will be able to book a scoping session with one of the Fourth Analytics specialist to discuss any potential bespoke reporting for you.
