313468 - This EE has increased their working days from 4 to 5 effective 12.03.18. Their holiday entitlement is showing 29 days but should be 27 (4.4 + 22.6).

Hi @Oliver Stockdale I have looked at this employee and the system has calculated the flexible portion of this employees as 5.96 days rather than 4.4 days.
Their average days worked looks to be 5.4 days a week which would account for the higher holiday allowance. I will email you across the calculation screen.

In this situation, I would recommend raising this as a Technical Case to our Support team - You can do this by escalating to the member of your business responsible for raising cases with Fourth. I did have a look and there are a few articles on how holidays are calculated on the Customer Community (just use the Search bar above) - If these do not match your issue, then the Support team can investigate this for you.
