Changing from Weekly Salary to Hrly - Holidays now not correct ?

This is not straight forward as she has used over her holiday accrual !   We have changed her from a weekly salary not paid to rota - to now being paid by rota on an hrly rate ?   [Image: Holiday error]   Is it a glitch ? have we done something wrong in our process ?

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ 

When changing from Salaried (Full time) to Hourly (flexible) the system does not pro rate and a specific process needs to be in place to deal with these changes.
