If you run the Rota Summary and export to excel [before running], the amount of holiday and employee is to be paid for the week will display.

Otherwise you will need to run payroll reports to see what has actually been paid.

Im not sure what access the manager will have in payroll, but there are various reports in payroll that will show holiday. Please remember that for salaried employees you will only be able to see the proportion of holiday pay if holiday is split out on payslips.
