Holiday Pay Report

Hello.   I am hoping you can help if possible – our Housekeeping Manager needs a report which shows how much holiday pay her team has been paid (i.e. a monetary value). I've checked reports but can't seem to find one that shows this detail - however, I've been advised she used to run this report in Fourth in a previous role so it can be done.   Any thoughts?   Thanks, Danni

If you run the Rota Summary and export to excel [before running], the amount of holiday and employee is to be paid for the week will display.

Otherwise you will need to run payroll reports to see what has actually been paid.

Im not sure what access the manager will have in payroll, but there are various reports in payroll that will show holiday. Please remember that for salaried employees you will only be able to see the proportion of holiday pay if holiday is split out on payslips.
