How do you enter allergens for a product when there are 2 different details?

Being that Nutritional data is held at the Product Header level as outlined below, if the nutritional data varies, the recommended best practice is to create different Products vs. different Details:

That is correct, if the product is the same in every way but simply comes in a different pack size (and so can be substituted in a recipe freely) then this is simply a different detail.

 

However there must be some difference in the product in your case to cause a change in the Nutrition Data. The only way to have a different nutrition profile is to create a new product.
