Please refer to the image, the product search should only show items related to the supplying outlet not all the products in the system that is associated with a particular word.

Hi @Jerrylee Findley

Are you referring to the solution only searching Products that are in use in the Outlet? If so, the only way to restrict products is to mark the ‘Segments’ on User Groups. Please be aware that this will work if you have the correct User Groups per department.

I hope that helps!

Hi @Jerrylee Findley ,

Thanks for the screenshot – It always helps!

Have you tried checking if you have the correct User Groups per department?

We would suggest using a combination of User Groups and Templates to manage your Supplying Outlet Search – Your System Administrator/Central Purchasing should be able to do this.

I hope that helps!
