Questions around collecting & reporting on ethnicity....

Please can you confirm;   * what fields are held in the sensitive area if we were to switch it on? * what, if any impact it has on any other parts of the system?  * what reporting is available should we start collecting this information?

The fields that can be shown are:

Ethnic Origin

Disability Recording

First Language

Religion

Dependants

Sexual Orientation

 

These options can be selected individually also so it is not required that all are visible. Equally none of these fields will display as mandatory when entering within an employees record.

 

The functionality doesn't impact any other part of the system as this is used for reporting purposes in HR only.

 

In order to run a report to view all information captured, I would suggest creating a custom report which would allow the user to specifically set up exactly what they would like to see.
