Is there a report that would provide a summary of a set division across the company/locations to show tax codes for each employee?

You can create a report with this criteria in Payroll > Reports > Custom Reports

Select employee name, location, division and Tax code (as well as any other information you may require).

 

Please also remember that the Payroll Module sends all Tax code information directly to HMRC on completion of each payroll and if any employees' tax codes are incorrect, this information will be set directly to the system to be updated.

The Payroll Bureau will update these for customers that pay for this service.

In house customers will need to do this themselves via the HMRC Gateway.

 

NB:Tax codes should not be changed without notification from HRMC
