I have a salaried employee going on Sabbatical for 3 months. How do I get on about this so this employees does not accrue holidays for the 3 months he is away before he comes back? Please may you advise how to handle this situation?

When an employee leaves, whether it is for study/sabbatical etc, we suggest terminating the employee for exactly as you have stated, to stop them building entitlements. The re-hire permission can be found in HR now for easy access in the Employee drop down. You can search for employee name, or for any former employees. When re-hired just ensure that new proof of eligibility is checked as the system will want this information as part of the re-hire process.
