Within HR - Customise reports; is it possible to set up an automated report to show internal promotions / job changes on WFM People system (Customer is on Enterprise Editions) . Or would it need to be done in Fourth Analytics?

Hi Tobias,

 

This is possible in Analytics and would be chargeable work - needs a scope and quote depending on the customers specific requirements.

If from the core solution this article https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/WFM-Setting-Alerts outlines the setup of alerts including job title changes. This will be for anyone that person has access to not just specific job titles.

Though not an alert to their inbox, under HR > Audits and Alerts > Job Title and Salary Changes page has proved to also very useful to customers.
