Is there any way of capturing and reporting on diversity data if we were to ask out staff for the information? e.g, race, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation.

Sensitive information can be captured by turning on the settings in HR > Administration > Global Settings > Edit Sensitive Information:

Reporting can be accessed and defined via Reports > Customised Reports
