my question was much more detailed but wasn't able to cram, above jpegs are what I am use to working with, and looking to get the advice in Adaco.

    Good afternoon {@005D0000006D4TNIA0},

Thank you for your query; unfortunately the .jpegs were of Tiramisu, which thankfully did not include beef tenderloin. ;-)

However, I believe I follow your request & will first enlist {@005D0000005fVteIAE} to see if your corporate team has a standard approach to building these sorts of SubRecipes.

As a general best practice, SubRecipes would be built for, as an example:

    • BS-Tenderloin Whole, Cleaned 2.5 KG+
      • BS-Tenderloin Steak 125g
    • BS-Tenderloin Whole, Cleaned/Cooked 2.5 KG+
      • Cooking Loss does exist within Adaco (documentation forthcoming from our Learning Design & Delivery Team as part of Administration flags Article)

Please do reply with Tenderloin .jpegs & we can review further, then if necessary schedule an 'Ask Fourth' session with Yasmel & corporate team to review internal standardization.

Thanks David for the reply, I did consult yasmel when he was on property. I will see if one our other properties may have something along the lines, I am pretty much looking fore different view points and perspective. My question(s) actually was very lengthy and due to character limitations I was not able to fully explain myself. The recipe for Tiramisu was just to show you the sheet which I like to use. So going from that to Adaco, certain things it works really well for, just some of the things with much more dynamics like beef I wanted to get other viewpoints on approach.

I will work on some stuff when time permits including the version in excel and see what limitations I am coming across.

    Thanks

  • Hi @Mohammed T Zaheer,

Apologies for the delay in response!

I just wanted to let you know that when you're creating a new discussion thread, you can open the 'Details' option and it will give you more space (characters) to add some questions. And you can always add additional Comments with questions too!

Just wanted to make sure you can get the full details of your query in! 😊 Let me know if there is anything else I can help with!

    Best,

    Rozz

    Good morning @Mohammed T Zaheer & @yasmel mulet,

I'd be happy to discuss this in further detail via an Ask Fourth session (or as part of my visit to Toronto later this month).

Please do coordinate internally & Yasmel can advise your CSM how you'd like to proceed.

We can then post our agreement here for future customers to see!
