Can you confirm if P45's are still emailed to leavers? or should we be notifying staff they now need to go into the app to download it

Leavers will have access for 90 days however currently, P45s are not available as this has not been deployed as it is pending some additional development to assist with configuration.

I can confirm that if the P45 delivery status is changed to ESS in an employees record, emails will NOT be sent as only one delivery method can be selected.

Hope this clarifies the current situation.

We will update everyone once P45s are available in ESS.
