Is there a report that shows: Progression stats – how much of our estate were internally promoted, be it team member > Team leader -Team Leader > Assistant Manager–etc? I need the report to be broken down into categories ie. TM to Team leader etc.

Great question, thanks!

 

There's several ways to access this information.

One option being HR Module > Reports > Employee History Report. Select date ranges, locations and filter by field. This can be exported to excel and further manipulated to suit the required needs.

Another option is HR Module > Reports > Exports > Employee Audit. A date range can be selected here, exported to excel and then filtered accordingly.

One more is HR Module > Reports > Customised Reports and create the bespoke report selecting the required fields from each report group.
