Hello, the lieu hours option is not avai ...

Hello, the lieu hours option is not available for some of our users who are on supervisory access levels. They are trying to manually input lieu hours but the option isn't there in employee HR Info dropdown. We've looked in the global settings and ticked that they should have access but it doesn't seem to be working?

unfortunately we tried this the other day and we've waited a couple of days but none of the people on the those access levels have the lieu hours option? We've gone into the permissions and there is the lieu hours option which we ticked, and that's the only option regarding lieu hours that we can find.

Thank you for your prompt reply. However, as you've already investigated the HR Module Permission Template, and looking at the nature of your query, I would recommend to escalate this to our Technical Support team.

 

To do this, you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the drop-down options.

 

I hope this gets sorted out soon with our wonderful Technical Support team! 😊

I've spoken to our Solution Experts and they may have found a solution to your question!

 

This sounds like a HR Module Template Permission issue - and so you need to check the HR Module Permissions on the Supervisor Level to see what permissions (in this case if Lieu Hours permissions) are assigned to this level.

 

To do so:

 

  • Go to HR > Company Admin > Access Level Hierarchy > Select the required Hierarchy > Select the required Access Level [Supervisor in this case]
  • Select Supervisor in the HR Module Access Level drop-down in the Module Permissions Page and select Edit

 

A list of permissions assigned to this template will display. Go through all the Lieu Hours settings and assign if relevant to this template in order to give access to add Lieu Hours.
