Adaco - Variance reports after closing the period

Really appreciate for your quick response.​

We need the report same as attached that can be seen qty under variance for the month or November 2017.

Hi @Myrene Borja​,

 

When generating the Outlet Variance report you can select the reporting period in the drop down, P11 is for November and will generate the report you are after.

 

I have been into Adaco as the admin and generated the report but excluded any sensitive data, I hope the screenshots below illustrate this:

Thanks for your query. At any time you can run the variance report for any past period simply by choosing the period you wish to report on when selecting the criteria.
