Non Payroll Location I have created a new Location where we intend to include people that will not be paid through the Fourth system. We will only be tracking absences, holidays and rotas.

We would recommend that create an ‘Agency’ or ‘Contractor’ Job Title for use in these cases. This job title can be configured to exclude new starters from being paid, even though they are attached to a Pay basis.
These employee records can be linked to an existing or a unique location - it is up to you. It is the job title that will ensure that they do not get paid.
