How do I add a permanent quantity on my stock count?

Hello Fourth,   Please can you let me know if it is possible to add a permanent quantity to the stock count?   We have a couple of dormant displays, and it would be helpful to not have to enter a count for this every week.   Many thanks, Liz

This is a great question we get asked all the time at the Service Desk.

 

If you follow the below path on your FnB portal, you will be able to set a Permanent Stock Quantity.

 

FnB Manager > Site Level > Home > Search (on the top green bar) > Search Product you wish to set the Permanent Quantity to > Select > Stock Detail > Under Extended Properties Section > Enter the Permanent Inventory Qty > Save

 

This is great to use for your dormant items on Display.
