Help ! What report can I run to catch a FT person who's holidays have not be added to the rota

This is a brilliant question!

We have a global setting that is called “Disallow an employee to be off all week” this mean that the rota cannot be submitted to payroll unless an employee has a shift, absence or holiday entered against their record.

 

This setting isn’t suitable if you have employees that are away from your business for long periods of time such as students or casual workers. They would need to be terminated for the periods they are not actively working in the business.

 

Rotas > Administration > Global Settings > Disallow an employee to be off all week > Save

 

Alternatively you can run the Employee Hours Worked report each week and identify any employees marked as off for that whole week.

Rotas > Reports > Exports > Employee Hours Worked
