Are there plans to increase security of passwords, currently there is no specification of a ‘strong’ password?

Great question!

If you would like to set the WFM portals password to something stronger, this can be done through the HR Module’s Username & Password Rules Global Setting. Once this has been opened up you can set the Password strength and complexity. There are multiple Username Rules including; Minimum number of characters in username and lots of password Rules including Minimum number of characters in password. Tick all the rules that you would like to apply, and then select save from the bottom right.
