Can the holiday allowance for FT/PT employees be different for the same job title in the different location?

Holiday allowance is assigned to full time/part time employees through their job title, so you would not be able to change that allowance if they work in a different location. 

You could create a separate job title with the required allowance and assign that to them when they are Multiple Employed in a different location.
