A team member has submitted an annual leave request that has come through to me. I am not his direct line manager. How can I get this request transferred to his correct area manager? Thanks, Mark

Great question, thanks!

 

You have received the notification because you are assigned as this employees line manager in the 'reports to' section on the access level template that they have been assigned to.  

To change this, whomever is responsible for creating employees and managing the HR Module would need to access the employee in question to change the 'reports to' from you to their area manager. 

HR Module > Employee List select the employee. Employee Access > Assign Access Levels and amend the 'reports to' to their area manager.

 

On this occasion you could forward the notification to the area manager in question to make them aware, but you would be responsible for approving/rejecting the requested holiday time. Alternatively, the holiday request could be deleted, the necessary changes made, and the holiday request re-entered.
