I would like to understand what the full impact of the rota setting "Bypass shift validation on Rota start and end times" is?

Would having this setting on mean that any conflicting start and end times would not be captured under "Warning Settings For Confliction shifts on Rota" setting? @Eleanor Cross​

Hi @Hayley Ballinger​ Bypassing shift Validation will mean the users can enter conflicting and overlapping shift regardless and will not be warned even if the Warning settings for conflicting shifts are turned on. It is not recommended that this setting is enabled and I would suggest disabling if it is turned on.
