    Hi @Natcha Roberts

    Thank you for your question,

Typically, you would be able to delete the Purchase Requisition from within the Requisition, using the "Delete" button depending on the access you have,

In your case, as you cannot do so, I would recommend contacting your Property Administrator who will then need to liaise with your Fourth Customer contact to raise a Data request to remove these Purchase Requisitions,

    Hope this helps,

    Best

Hi,  I also have had this issue will just a few PR's which I haven't been able to delete.  I raised a technical case with Forth, with a screen shot of the error message and a list of requisitions which we were unable to delete. forth then deleted these

    Hi @Elaine Reilly @Natcha Roberts ,

On these examples there was a slight data error on the requisition in the db which required a fix to enable you to delete the req.

Unfortunately as yet we have been replicate to find the cause but we fixed yours last week I believe Elaine.

So Natcha if you can raise a case with the details to the technical support team we can look into this for you.

To do this, you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the dropdown options.

We would need the property name as well as requisition numbers where there is an issue.
