Many of our users quite regularly experience page errors when using the HR & Rota modules. Logging out, closing the browser and restarting usually clears this but I wondered if this something unique to us or whether this happens on other portals?
Does anyone else experience page errors whilst using the HR & Rota modules?

Hi @Ruth Cousin Please can you ask the users to raise a case when this happens, sending screen shot of the errors.
Raising a case each time will help us to identify any trends in the page errors and enable us to investigate what is happening at the time.
The more cases that are raised will help us to identify and resolve if an issue is found.
