Has anyone found the Weekly overview report shows a different 'approved' figure to that that was actually approved in the previous week? We've got an issue with what is approved showing different in the snapshot. (i don't mean between approved and actual, that's understandable), so wondered if anyone else has come across this.
It's a real concern and big issue that what is approved is then suggesting additional costs should/have been included when they are included in V3 overview. Obviously this is a HUGE problem suggesting that our approval is much higher than it actually was and our overall costs are so different to what was actually approved.

The fields ‘Forecast Sales’, ‘Approved Labour Cost’ and ‘Approved Labour Hours’ on the Weekly Overview V3 report are from the snapshot taken when the rota is approved. They are linked to the snapshot functionality and the rota approval process, meaning that when a rota is approved, the system will take a snapshot of the costs within the rota and pull them into the report for comparison with the actual rota costs.
