Fantastic question, @Oliver Stockdale​!

 

Yes, Employee Turnover Report by Location will display 12-month head count split over a monthly basis. You can access to this report within the HR module!Just go to:

 

HR > Report > Employee Turnover Report by Location

 

Alternatively, you could create a custom report with start dates and termination dates to work out people at that location per month.
