Outlet Templates - How to move the order of products within the template

Example: I have an outlet template made for beverage in each of are bars. If we get a new product and I add it to the template it goes to the bottom. How do I insert that product that is at the bottom of the template in to the correct spot I want it placed?   To Clarify: Product added to template is at the bottom I want it at the top?
