Impact of minimum wage increase on business

Hi. Is there a report that can be generated to show us what the impact of the national minimum wage rise would be based on the hours and age ranges from last year?

Hi @David Hughes​ There is no specific report for this, however you can use the Employee Hours Worked or Payroll Hours v1, both Rota exports (Rota > Reports > Exports) to see how many hours have been worked. The reports will have payrate so you could 'find and replace' £7.83 with £8.21 or you could run a custom report with Employee number and Age and V LOOKUP to get them all in one report.

 

Alternatively if you have Fourth Analytics you will be able to see The hours worked by job title and the cost per hour. This can be exported to excel so that you can apply any pay increases.
