Is there a way to provide an employee with all of their historic payslip data that we hold on the system for them? GDPR might prompt an employee to provide all info held on them...

Nicolas is asking for a way to run all historic payslip information for an individual employee, so that if an employee asks , he wouldn't have to manually download each individual payslip on the system?.   What are the options available on this? Could employee self service work and/ or is there a way to run the report from the front end in order to provide to an employee?

Employee with a log in to the system can have access to 'My payroll' in the payroll module and they will have access to all of their payslips. This can be accessed via the APP using SSO if enabled.

or

Employee Self Service (ESS) will allow employees to view the last 12 months payslips and download their payslip information.

 

Other than this the only option is for someone to manually down load payslips or produce a statement of earnings using HMRC reconcilliation export. Bureau also offer this service for a fee.
