How do I add a new supplier if they are not on the list that FnB have?
Linked Ideas
Hello Tom,
Thank you for your question on how to add a new supplier if they aren't on the list that FnB has.
There are two things I'd ask you to do please.
The first thing is to check that they aren't already in our data base by going to Enterprise>Supplier Management>Add New Supplier. Enter the name of the supplier in the 'search for' field and click the blue arrow. If the supplier is in the list here, then select them and then tick the radio button on whether you'd like to add them to all sites, selected sites or no sites (keeping them in enterprise) and then click 'finish'. This will add the supplier to your organisation where you can then update the shipping information, e.g. which days you have deliveries on etc... If you chose to not add them to any sites in the first instance, you will need to once you've updated shipping information so users can order from them.
The second thing, should the supplier not be in our database, is to ask the supplier to confirm to us in writing that they're happy to be added to it. Please raise a case with Fourth, with their name, address, telephone and transmission preferences (fax, email, EDI) and we will pick the case up and create them for you. You can then use the first process to add them to your organisation.
If you need any more assistance, please do ask.
Have a wonderful day,
Carol (Fourth)
Hi Carol,

Hi @Kamil Zajac,
Sincerest apologies for the delay in response. We have enabled your access as a Case Raiser on the Customer Community. To raise a case, you can do this by selecting the 'My Cases' tab from the top of the Customer Community and then selecting 'New Case'.
You can also view/manage your cases in the 'My Cases' tab. Let us know if you need any further information!
Best,
Anissa
