Hi Mark thanks for the info - Ive found how to add allergens to products now and like how it feeds into the recipes.  Is there a report which will show which product has which Allergens?

The foods sensitivity report is great - is there a way that we can export the report ( excel maybe) then import all the allergens into the products?

Hi @Elaine Reilly ,

You can certainly export the report to excel using the export option (highlighted in the pic attached).

However you wouldn't be able to import it yourself, so a data upload request would need to go through your Fourth representative.

Hi @Elaine Reilly ,

Thank you for your question.

In Purchasing and Inventory (formerly Adaco) you add allergens to a product by going into the product Property > Products > Select Product > Recipe. This will open a pop-up which allows you to assign allergens, intolerances and dietary guidelines.

It's worth noting that the allergens, intolerances and dietary guidelines listed will only be those configured for your property. These can be checked by going to Property > Administration > Recipe and ensuring all types are selected.

I hope that helps.
