Hello, Is it possible to put my product list in alphabetical order in my inventory guide ? Do I need to export the list and import it in the good way ? Thank you for your help.

Thanks for your question.

The order of products in your inventory guide is determined by the 'Guide Sequence' assigned to the outlet.

If the outlet has been set as 'Category' the products will be listed alphabetically, by Segment, Category, Sub-Category and then description.

If the outlet is listed as 'Location' you can manually order the products in the guide according to however you wish, although this is usually done according to how they are set on the shelves but you could order them all alphabetically by description if you wished.

The order of the products on the guide will also determine the order of the products on any templates created for that outlet.
