We have pre-defined percentages in the edit revenue part of the rota (see below) can you confirm what they relate to ? Do they break down by department the overall annual budget that is uploaded ? .
We are in the process of sending our Budget revenue to Fourth to be uploaded.
In the mean time our managers are asking if the populate the forecast revenue do they they need to split it out ie enter separate £ value for each area ?

These percentages are defined by the customer during the implementation process.
These will split a budget or forecast entered in the first 2 fields and divide this according to the percentages entered.
