    Hi @Jerrylee Findley​, 

     

    To hide the ‘Storeroom’ as an Ordering Outlet, this can be done through

     

    Property > Administration > Property Preferences > Requisition > 'Allow Storeroom as Ordering Outlet'

     

    When unticking this box, the Storeroom will not appear under the 'Ordering Outlet' drop down – this only applies to 'Outlet Requisitions'.

     

    If you mean that users have access to order on behalf of the Storeroom (for Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders), this is a user based restriction. I would recommend removing access to the Storeroom Outlet for the user in question to resolve this. A user does not need the Storeroom as an available User Outlet to order from the Storeroom.

    I have tried this many time but storerooms are still showing as ordering outlets.

    Thanks for getting back to me – Have you tried the other suggested resolution above? If so, how did you get along?

     

    As our solutions are flexible to each of our customer’s needs, they can be used in various set ups. I would actually recommend raising this to your Fourth contact (your CSM/Project Manager…etc) to discuss your specific needs and how we can meet them.
