    Thank you for your query.


    Due to the number of Products & being that it is a process change within the application, a data service is going to be required to make these updates.

    We recommend in the future for yourself, or other customers looking to make business process changes, that you reach out to your Customer Success/Care Manager in advance of the change so we can best facilitate the configuration or data requirements.


    That being said, @Joshua Wright​ & I will connect to raise the request with the Customer Care Team to set up a scoping call to fully understand what is required & next steps.
