Salary Request Workflow - Amendment to the workflow and stages

Hi, I am trying to amend the workflow for the salary request workflow which was created at our implementation stage but now some of these stages need to be removed and deleted. When i go into the Workflow i am unable to delete stages. There are no open requests at present but still i am unable to delete these?

Hi @Alex Hewitt​ 

To be able to delete stages you need to ensure ALL jobtitles are removed including Super users.

@Debbie Thomas​ on our portal we currently use the salary request workflow to increase salaries to our salaried employees. Is there the function to amend this workflow to also include hourly paid employees hourly rate increases so the increases would have to go through the same approval process?

Unfortunately this functionality is only available for salaried employees at the moment.
