Could all staff have a login and enter their own personal information?

If you would like an employee to access the WFM portal with their own log in details this can be created from HR. You would need to go into the employee’s file and give them a username and password. Alternatively you can batch create through the Create new Log ins Batch option from the HR Employees drop down.

Once given portal access, you would need to ensure they have the permission to see their Personal Details by setting the HR Template Permission  Personal Details - Self Admin to edit only. Please ensure that the employees have been assigned to the relevant hierarchy level. The Access Level Hierarchy Export can help with managing this.
