Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Hi Everyone,   I have a customer in need of sourcing the correct reports for Gender Pay Gap reporting. See below for their specific queries and thank you in advance for your assistance!   "At the end of March we need to start reporting on our gender pay gap for the HMRC. We are trying to get ahead of the curve so we have all the information we need to be able to do this.   Are you able to help us with the following for each employee between the following date range (06th April 2016 – 05th April 2017), or point us in the right direction of how / where we can get this data from Fourth   - Bonus paid per employee - Tips paid per employee - Average weekly working hours calculated over 12 weeks per employee, just for fortnightly paid (12 weeks prior to 05th April 2017)"
