Hi @Oliver Stockdale​,

All requests for servicing for T&A devices are handled by the T&A Support Agents. You can contact them by emailing tanda@fourth.com

Please provide them with as much information as possible: your portal name and location; specifics regarding the fault; any trouble-shooting that you may have undertaken; your contact details.

A support Agent will contact you and liaise accordingly with regards to further troubleshooting the machine and/or arranging the necessary engineer call-out as required.
