Does Fourth has the functionality to enable GMs to forecast covers in the same way that they currently forecast sales?

Functionality for cover forecasting is a metric that needs to be created in the Rota Module. 

It is unlikely that a GM would have access to creating this metric, however it will be something the company admin will be able to do.

Providing the GM has access permissions allowing them to enter financial forecasts, once this metric is created, they will then also be able to add forecast covers.
