Thank you very much for your post – The Fourth Customer Community is a great place to discuss best practice and efficient processes. A report which will provide the information you are after is the 'Site Transfers Summary' report which is available at Enterprise level – Is this the report you are using?

 

If so, this report should not be returning the quantity in an incorrect column or have product names missing. As this is a technical issue, I would recommend to ‘Raise a Technical Case’ to our brilliant Technical Support team through your usual channels your company uses. Please include the name of the report you are running (an attached example with the parameters you used would be very helpful also) and our Support team will look into this for you.

Did you find a report that pulled out the transfers - we're also having to go through manually and put into an excel spreadsheet.

There is a report at Enterprise level which will provide the information you require. This is the 'Site Transfers Summary' report which can be located by following the below path:

 

FnB Enterprise > Reporting > Reports > Organisation tab > Site Transfers Summary
