Hi, I am new to this group and my company (Konditor and Cook) and I hoping someone can help me. I contacted Fourth help and they suggested posting here. I believe I have an inconsistency in some of the reports coming out of the system.
I am trying to run reports to replace very manual time consuming processes. The first thing I am trying to look at is transfers.
Currently the process is to go into each transfer in management figures within the F&B Manager section for each site and manually take them out of the system and type them into excel. However this is not efficient so I am trying to change the process.
I have found the report within the Enterprise section which allows me to run all sites at the same time however there are problems with the data in the report. I have checked the raw data in F&B and this looks correct with the correct quantities being transferred. However when I run the report the name of the product is missing and the quantity is in the name section. This mean when I try to export and link in to automate the data is not correct.
Has anyone else come across this and have a fix or know how to contact a technical team who can fix if it is a bug. Alternatively know of another report that will let me pull out across all sites where stock is transferring to and from and the value.
