When I export POS figures why do some of the items appear in 2 different rows? example below, and why would the Gross Sales on the 2nd Line be incorrect? Thanks

Thanks for your query, it's great to see you using the community!

Epos figures will often show two lines for one menu item. The additional sales line can reflect the menu item being sold at a discounted or reduced rate.

In this instance, I believe there may be a technical issue with the uploaded sales file as you are quite right the net and gross sales do not balance. I recommend you escalate this within your business to the relevant contact who is responsible for raising technical cases with Fourth, who will be able to advise you further.
