There is a report where we can see when holidays request were created for a specific period, for 1000 ees for example, without checking HR holiday history one by one?

I've understood your question to be (correct me if I'm wrong) an inquiry into a report detailing which day an employee specifically made a holiday request? If that is the case, I'm sorry to say that one is not available as yet.
