Adaco: What does CP mean?

Hi all 😊 - A question from the lovely @Robert Leavell​:   ​Good morning Adaco Team, I was trying to process a food order, buy for some reason under the area for "released". One order says "CP", and I can not process the order. What does CP mean? Please advise, Robert [Image: CP]

CP stands for Central Purchasing (formerly CMS in older versions of Adaco) which is used in a 2-tier structure of Adaco, as outlined here:

However, your property is not set up in this way nor configured to release PRs to CP so please do register this with our Service Team via Case Mangement. They should be able to update the PR in question & potentially identify the root cause.
