Rota Summary Report- Amalgamation of all locations

I would like to be able to run the Rota Summary report across the board for all areas. Is there a way to run this report in bulk without having to run each location separately? The location field doesn’t currently allow for all and i wondered if we can we run this style report for all locations amalgamated? Alternatively, if there is an another report that will show the same data? @Dan Chambers​

Thank you for your question on the Community!

 

You are correct in saying that all locations cannot be selected when running the Rota Summary report.

 

A suggested alternative would be for you to do the following:

 

  • Go to Rotas Module > Reports > Exports > select Forecast Vs Actual Vs Paid Hours - Weekly
  • Enter criteria and Run Report

 

You'll see that 'All locations' is set by default. The report will generate a .csv file rather than appearing onscreen.

 

The report contains similar (but not identical) information that you would see in the Rota Summary Report, so there is a good chance it will meet your requirements.
