I have been told that for customized reports that we generate, we only have the option to report for the last 12 weeks (ie. not for the last 4 weeks, 6 weeks etc). Do you know if this is correct?

It’s just that it makes the reports (for example contracted hours –v- actual hours) inaccurate as the period it reads from (ie. 12 weeks) is too long to be useful. @Nikki Jones​

Custom reports will only report on the system as it is now. ie. Contracted Hours entered in the HR module on the day you run the report.

Average hours is calculated over 12 weeks as this is used for the holiday calculation.

If you are trying to compare actual hours worked to contracted hours over a 4 or 6 week period, the Payroll Hours worked v 1 export in rotas will have this information.

Your CSM can raise the relevant request to have this free export enabled.
