How to exclude an employee from the rota?

Also for salaried employees, there is a setting in the job title set up, and also in the employment details page (when selected as 'either' in the job title) to show the salaried employees in the rota or not.

Many thanks for your great question.

If the employee is hourly paid they can't be excluded from the rota, as this is how their pay is processed.

If the employee is salaried you can remove the job title in Rota -> Configure Location, which means anyone with that job title won't be displayed.

Hi there,

I'm having the same problem.  I have a salaried person, the job title and Employment details page clearly do not mention anything to do with rotas and yet she is still appearing and I'm having the close off a rota every week for her.

What else can I do to fix this?
