We have a contract type that pays company sick pay based on length of service. For example - 4 yrs and more the employee is entitled to 14 weeks full pay, if full time (5 days) this is 70 days, if part time (i.e. 2 days) this should be 28 however the absence record shows part time employees are entitled to 70 days. How do we update this to pro rata the entitlement?

CSP in contracts do not pro rate.
For part time employees with a different CSP allowance, you need to creat a different contract and assign it to the employee.
