Why, when PRequesition is rejected all the people even the supplier concerned, receive a notification ?

We have a route for FnB and when the approver or final approver reject the PR all the dpt are aware. the suppliers receive a notification.   only the intern people concerne by the PR ​have to be notified.   could you help us on this matter .   thanks

  Hi Sylvian,

   

  Have you got 'Receive Rejection Notification' enabled against your users? If you enable this flag against a user they will receive all notifications, regardless of whether or not they were involved in the original requisition.

  Hello, 

  If I understand this correctly, I have to enable the user to receive a Rejection Notification? Even if they were not involved in the ordering ? 
  
  I just rejected a purchasing requisition because an account was incorrect, the email that I saw go out for notification included people that had nothing to do with this requisition as they were from different departments. Is there a way for the system to automatically email the group involved in the action? When the requisitions are created, the user select a routing group, that group should be the default for all notifications moving forward. 

  Please advise on best practice, thank you!

  Hi Petrone, Juli,

   

  When a Requisition is rejected only the creator of that Requisition will be notified, however, if users have the "Receive Rejection Notification" enabled against their user profile via Property > User Center then they too will receive the rejection notification, 

   

  If any user has this setting enabled against their user profile, they will receive ALL rejection notifications, regardless of what department raised the Requisition throughout your Property, 

   

  If no users have this setting enabled against their user profile, then only the Requisition creator will receive the rejection notification, unfortunately there is no way in the system to send the rejection notification to all users part of the Approval Group that was selected in the Requisition,
